He is also a Power Squadron instructor who has dedicated many years to helping boaters get the most out of their time on the water. As a professionally licensed yacht captain with deep knowledge of the North American west coast including British Columbia, Alaska, Washington, Oregon, and California, he is a proven, reliable choice for deliveries, training, or as a charter captain.

Training
Captain Cliff is a Power Squadron instructor and hands on trainer. You will learn how to safely operate your vessel with personal training by a seasoned mariner who has experience on boats from 140′ superyachts to 20′ runabouts in single, twin, and jet drive power modes with or without bow/stern thrusters. Captain Cliff has successfully passed more than 10 professional certification exams from the USCG, STCW, and Transport Canada. Learn the fundamentals of boat safety, maintenance, and proper handling with instruction that is tailored to your level of knowledge and experience.
